Order Pro Prints
Files should be sized to print with minimum image resolution of 300dpi
– Files should include a border around image if desired
– Files need to be flattened
– Files must have a color profile attached (grayscale is okay for Pigment Inkjet prints)
– Files must be in 8-bit mode and have no alpha channels
– Files must be JPG or TIFF
– Before committing to a large direct to print order we recommend that you print some test files. This will help you to become familiar with the process and judge the quality of your monitor calibration.
ProPrint services do not include testing, color correction, sizing, adding borders, revisions, spotting, retouching, or reprints (unless there is a printing defect). Image files that do not fit our requirements or require additional work (resizing, clean trimming, etc.) will require our Custom Printing service.
Choose the Perfect Print for Your Artwork
Giclée (Pigment Inkjet): Printed using Epson printers and the Ultrachrome pigmented ink system. This is the standard for reproductions of fine art prints, as the inks do not fade and there is a great colour palette.
LightJet (Chromogenic/C-Print): Photographed by means of light and photochemistry, on real photographic paper and not ink. For the real feel of photography, there is no other way but this.
If you’re not sure, we will have our team review every document before printing.
