FILES SHOULD BE READY TO PRINT WITH NO EDITING REQUIRED
Image files that do not fit our requirements or require additional work (resizing, clean trimming, etc.) are automatically considered Custom Prints and must be charged as such. Learn more about custom printing here.
MINIMUM FILE REQUIREMENTS
- Files should be sized to print with minimum image resolution of 300dpi
- Files should include a border around image if desired
- Files should be flattened (no layers)
- Files must have a color profile attached, such as Adobe98 or sRGB
- Grayscale is okay for Pigment Inkjet prints
- We do not allow for Lightjet prints to be selected for images with a Grayscale color profile
- Files must be in 8-bit mode and have no alpha channels
- Files must be JPG or TIFF
- Before committing to a large direct to print order we recommend that you print some test files. This will help you to become familiar with the process and judge the quality of your monitor calibration.

Our C-prints are printed on photographic paper using our LightJet printer and high-quality chemicals. Inkjet Archival prints are printed on Epson printers with Epson Ultrachrome pigment inks. The listed turnaround times are based on when we receive your order until we ship it back to you or have it ready for in-store pickup. Turnaround times do not account for shipping time to or from us. If you ship something to us, please account for the added shipping time.
For VALUE Pro Print Services, turnaround times are 6 to 10 business days from the business day we receive your order until the business day we ship your order back to you or have it ready for in-store pickup. Business days exclude Sundays, Major Holidays, and scheduled operational maintenance periods.
For STANDARD Pro Print Services, turnaround times are 3 business days* from the business day we receive your order until the business day we ship your order back to you or have it ready for in-store pickup. Business days exclude Sundays, Major Holidays, and scheduled operational maintenance periods.

What’s the difference between Quick Prints and Pro Prints?
Quick Prints are ideal for everyday use. They are fast and convenient. Choose from a selection of paper finishes and print sizes from 2.5” x 3.5” to 12” x 36”.
Pro Prints include expert color correction, premium paper finishes, and a higher level of detail, making them the best choice for artists, exhibitions, and professional presentations. You also have more options for larger print sizes, ranging from 4″ x 6″ to 60″ x 120″.
What’s the difference between Value and Standard?
The primary difference between Value and Standard services is turnaround time.
Value services allow for more economical pricing with slower turnaround times than Standard.
Standard services allow for faster turnaround times with multiple rush optios.
