\nA remnant of a bygone era, but he stands as a little-known artist whose mastery encompasses the entire history and practice of the craft of photography. He would famously say, \u201cI started taking pictures because I can not draw.\u201d He then picked up a camera at 16 years old and simply fell in love. Five decades later, Jackson\u2019s photographs confront people with reality. A reality of flesh and blood, hope and fear, dreams, longing, love, lost and found.<\/p>\n
