How much does it cost to process my film?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping your film to us is free.  We provide you with prepaid shipping labels. When we ship your order to you, rates will vary.  For details, please click  here.

How long will it take for The Icon to receive my film?
Any film sent using the USPS can take 7 or more days until it is received in our office.  For faster shipping times use any expedited shipping service of your choice.

How long will it take to process my order?
Normal turnaround times are 24 hours for process only and process and proof. Process and scan takes 48 hours. Process, print, and scan takes 72 hours. For a more specific turnaround time, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I change my order after I submit it?
Any orders that have already entered processing cannot be changed. We allow any changes that do not result in a refund. To find out the status of your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. For special circumstances credit will be applied in the form of a coupon, or credit to your online account to be used towards a future purchase.

How should I package my sheet film?
Please put your exposed sheet film in a three layer film box (the box that the film came in) before packaging for shipping, then attach our prepaid mailer to the shipping box.

If my film is blank will I be reimbursed?
The only way to know if film is blank is to process it, and processing uses the same amount of energy and chemistry whether the film has an image on it or not.  Therefore, we cannot refund processing fees.  However, any fees paid for printing and/or scanning not performed due to blank film will be refunded.

Can you edit my image, such as cropping, adding borders, etc.?
In order to provide our online customers the most competitive rates possible, we've streamlined our process and do not offer image editing services.

Can you rename my scanned images to my specifications?
Again, in order to keep costs competitive, we do not offer renaming via the online service.

Will my prints have a border?
All prints will come with a border unless the 'Borderless/Bleed' opton is selected when ordering.
