Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you can also check the status of an order by logging on to your account and going to the My Orders link.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, Click Here.
How do I change my order?
Orders are final and non-refundable 24 hours after being placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order within the first 24 hours contact the "Lost" Order Desk at The Icon

I placed an order, but I have not paid yet. How do I pay for a previous order?
Click My Orders and click "View" or the order number for order you wish to pay for. Then click "Click Here To Continue" to continue to the payment screen.
How do I change my billing address?
You can change your permanent billing address by clicking My Info. You can also change your billing address for each order when inputting your credit card information.
